目前苏州外商投资R&D(研发)已初具规模,但本土企业与外商投资R&D合作层次较低,仍存在许多问题。本文通过系统分析日本、韩国R&D合作的经验,提出进一步促进苏州本土企业与外商投资R&D合作的对策和建议。
At present, the R & D of foreign-funded R & D in Suzhou has begun to take shape. However, there are still many problems with the low level of R & D cooperation between local enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises. By systematically analyzing the experience of R & D cooperation between Japan and South Korea, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote R & D cooperation between local enterprises in Suzhou and foreign investment.
