“振兴民族的希望在教育、振兴教育的希望在教师”。近几年,一大批青年教师被招聘(调入)到我校工作,他们在教学第一线任教的比重逐年增高,30岁以下教师人数将近占教职工总数的二分之一,他们学历层次高,思想活跃,给学校带来了新的活力和新的希望。如何促使大批青年教师迅速成长,让青年教师在较短的时间之内成为教学业务骨干,提高他们的政治思想水平,专业化水平,是学校实现可持续发展的关键所在。一、学校指导青年教师正确自我定位并制订发展规划
