随着企业集团规模的不断扩张和多元化经营的趋势,集团财务管理的重要性不断增强。新形势下,企业集团要求各个部门以及下属单位实时、动态、完整的提供财务管理所需要的财务信息,实现财务管理的信息化,以最大限度的实现集团价值的提升,更好的参与市场竞争。本文基于当前集团财务管理信息化存在的问题,阐述了提升财务管理信息化的策略。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprise groups and the trend of diversification, the importance of financial management of the Group has been continuously enhanced. Under the new situation, enterprise groups require all departments and subordinate units to provide financial information needed for financial management in real time, dynamically and completely, and realize the informationization of financial management so as to maximize the value of the Group and better compete in the market . Based on the existing problems in the group financial management informationization, this article elaborates the strategy of promoting the informationization of financial management.
