内生菌广泛分布于药用植物体内,与药用植物在长期协同进化过程中形成了互惠共生关系。其能够产生多种活性物质,在药用植物的生长、抗逆性、活性成分产量积累中起到了促进作用,因此在生物防治、医药等领域有着广阔的前景。本文对药用植物内生菌的分离及活性物质的作用等方面进行了综述。
Endophytes widely distributed in medicinal plants, and medicinal plants in the long-term co-evolutionary process formed a reciprocal symbiotic relationship. It can produce a variety of active substances, which play a promoting role in the growth and stress resistance of medicinal plants and the accumulation of active ingredients. Therefore, it has broad prospects in the fields of biological control and medicine. In this paper, the isolation of endophyte from medicinal plants and the role of active substances were reviewed.
