采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料溶剂法两步合成了可紫外光固化的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。以此预聚体通过添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、增塑剂、偶联剂等制成光固化胶粘剂。实验结果表明:固化时间为30 s,胶粘剂的剪切强度达到14.51 MPa。
A UV-curable polyurethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized in two steps using toluene diisocyanate (TDI), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as raw material solvents. With this prepolymer, a photo-curable adhesive is made by adding a photoinitiator, a reactive diluent, a plasticizer, a coupling agent, and the like. The experimental results show that the curing time is 30 s and the shear strength of the adhesive reaches 14.51 MPa.
