本文应用回归设计的理论，采用四因素二次正交旋转组合设计，用数学模拟的方法，对ｘ０７ｓ／中籼６６５的产量及农艺性状与密度、氮磷钾肥的用量等四项农艺性状间的关系进行分析和讨论，初步明确了ｘ０７ｓ／中籼６６５亩产６０００ｋｇ以上的密度、氮磷钾肥用量的最佳组合。为ｘ０７ｓ／中籼６６５推广应用提供了配套的栽培技术措施。
