1 基本情况 第二届“中法面向21世纪先进材料研讨会”于1999年9月6—9日在法国特鲁瓦市成功举行,这是继1998年元月第一届会议(西安)后两国科技工作者的又一次聚会。会议由中国国家自然科学基金委员会和法国外交部、香槟地区政府和法砝通核技术研究中心联合资助。国家自然科学基金委员会国际合作局吕蓓蕾教授和法国冶金与材料学会主席G.Beck教授等人组成了会议顾问委员会,法国特鲁瓦技术大学吕坚教授和中国西安交通大学徐可为教授任联合会议主席。出席会议的中方代表共11人,分
1 Basic Information The 2nd “Seminar on Advanced Materials for the 21st Century between China and France” was successfully held in Troyes, France from September 6-9, 1999. This is the second time since the first session in January 1998 (Xi’an) Two more gatherings of science and technology workers from both countries. The meeting was jointly funded by the China National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France, the Champagne Regional Government and the Fa Tong Tong Nuclear Technology Research Center. Professor Lu Beilei from the International Cooperation Bureau of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Professor G. Beck from the French Society of Metallurgy and Materials formed the meeting advisory committee. Professor Lu Jian from Troyes University of Technology in France and Professor Xu Kewei from Xi’an Jiaotong University of China held a joint conference Chairman. A total of 11 Chinese representatives attended the meeting
