通过对我市中小物流企业员工构成和工作状态的调查,分析了我市物流企业对员工缺少吸引力和凝聚力的原因,进而提出对中小物流企业人力资源管理创新的几点可行性措施。
Through the survey on the composition and working status of employees in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in our city, this paper analyzes the reasons why the logistics enterprises in our city lack attractiveness and cohesion to employees, and then puts forward some feasible measures to innovate human resources management in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
