记熟方剂的组成是学习中医的基本功之一,笔者在学习过程中,摸索出如下几种记忆法。按传统的汤头歌诀记忆。如温脾汤写道:“温脾附子与干姜,甘草人参及大黄,寒热并行主补泻,温通寒积最相当”。背起来琅琅上口,能将方剂的主治、功效、组成一起记忆。按方剂归类记忆。有按治法归类;有按脏腑归类。前者如解表剂,分辛温解表(如麻黄汤、桂枝汤等)、辛凉解表(如银翘散、升麻葛根汤等);后者如治心热证的导赤散;治胃热证的清胃散;治
The composition of memorizing the prescription is one of the basic skills for learning Chinese medicine. During the learning process, the author explored the following kinds of memory methods.
