房地产经济之热与房价之高已成为制约经济发展和社会主义现代化建设的重要障碍之一。在众多影响房地产价格的因素当中,作为房地产开发先导的土地被推上了风口浪尖。如何正确寻找房地产经济过热和过快发展的真正原因,正确处理国家在房地产调控工作中的地位与作用是本文研究的重点内容。本文从原因分析、加强调控和寻找对策几个方面入手对土地与房地产经济的关系进行分析。
The heat of the real estate economy and the high prices have become one of the major obstacles that restrict the economic development and the socialist modernization. In many factors affecting the real estate prices, as the real estate development pilot land has been pushed to the cusp. How to correctly find out the real reason of the real estate economy overheating and rapid development, and correctly handle the status and role of the state in the regulation and control of real estate is the focus of this article. This article analyzes the relationship between land and real estate economy from the following aspects: analysis of causes, strengthening regulation and finding countermeasures.
