本文对纵向飞行品质要求中“操纵期望参数CAP”、“机动飞行中的操纵运动”和“起飞中的纵向操纵”三个问题提出一些看法。认为对不使用控制增稳的飞机,CAP参数中A种飞行阶段一级下边界要求0.28显得偏高,特别是对带有较多外挂物要进行对地攻击的飞机更难于满足;对单位过载杆位移的要求,原OTT中要求X~n>12mm/g比较含糊,把它理解为对整个飞行包线内所求飞行情况的要求,并且作为力臂调节器设计中变臂比选择的重要依据,可能有问题,应该结合我国具体情况确定出适合我国情况的X~n要求;对起飞中的纵向操纵应考虑飞机起飞滑跑时加速度的影响,队为MIL-F-8785B中要求在0.9V_(min)达到起飞离地姿态和OTT中要求在0.8V_(离地)抬前轮是基本一致的。
