新时期如何推进油田企业民主管理进一步发展的问题,对贯彻落实中央提出的建设社会主义和谐社会和我们建设和谐石油企业,有着十分重要的意义。要不断发展职工参与的民主管理形式,围绕新世纪新阶段企业职工民主管理工作面临的新形势、新情况、新特点以及新任务,创新发展民主管理的新思路、新对策进行深入细致的交流。这不仅对提高石油石化企业工会干部职工民主管理理论素养,扩大对民主管理工作的认知范围具有重要意义,而且对进一步推动和深化职工民主管理,发挥企业思想政治工作具有重要作用。
How to promote the further development of the democratic management of oilfield enterprises in the new era is of great significance to implementing the proposal of building a socialist harmonious society proposed by the Central Government and building a harmonious petroleum enterprise. We should continue to develop the democratic management mode in which employees participate in and conduct an in-depth and detailed exchange around the new situation, new situations and new characteristics confronting the democratic management of enterprise workers in the new phase of the new century, as well as new ideas and measures for creatively developing democratic management. This is of great significance not only to improving the democratic management of theoretical knowledge of trade union cadres and workers in oil and petrochemical enterprises but also to broadening the scope of their understanding of democratic management.
