马军长本名马光胜,是安徽省宣州区狸桥镇有名的养殖能手。近年来,因他养殖的河蟹多是些个体大、规格齐、成色好的上等“尖蟹”,被当地的养殖户们尊称为“军长”。去年,他所经营的60亩水面起捕河蟹2500余公斤,只规格雌蟹均在125克以上,雄蟹均在150克以上,亩获纯利1000余元。用马军长的话说,这叫:生态养殖品质好,绿色健康效益高。取得这么好的养殖经济效益,是与坚持走生态养殖之路分不开的。经过细心交谈,我们发现马军长的养蟹经可以简要概括为“严把三关,紧抓两条”,具体来说就是:
