病毒性心肌炎可由多种病毒引起。近年来似有增高的趋势,虽然我区报告仍不多,但临床常碰到这些病例。现将我科1981～1984年底住院诊断为病毒性心肌炎的46例进行分析。全部病例均按九省(市)小儿病毒性心肌炎协作组1978年5月制订的《关于病毒性心肌炎临床诊断指标的建议》进行诊断。
Viral myocarditis can be caused by a variety of viruses. In recent years, there seems to be an upward trend. Although there are still not many reports in our district, these cases are often encountered clinically. Now my department from 1981 to 1984 by the end of hospital diagnosis of viral myocarditis in 46 cases were analyzed. All cases were diagnosed according to the “Suggestions on Clinical Diagnostic Indicators of Viral Myocarditis” formulated by the Collaborative Group of Pediatric Viral myocarditis in May Province (City) in May 1978.
