法人治理结构是指法人内部治理层的划分及其相互配合并制约的结构。完善法人治理结构不仅对法人的生存和效益产生重要的影响,而且也是我国公司治理和股权分置改革的重要内容。完善法人治理结构应当对各个组成部分加以分析并研究相应的对策。
Corporate governance structure refers to the division of corporate governance layers and the structure of mutual cooperation and control. Improving the corporate governance structure not only has an important impact on the survival and profitability of legal persons, but also is an important part of corporate governance and non-tradable share reform in China. Improve the corporate governance structure should be analyzed for each component and study the corresponding countermeasures.
