Strengthening and innovating social management is a major strategic task the Central Party Central Committee has deeply analyzed the development requirements of our country’s economy and society and determined from the overall situation of the development of the party and the country. At the Ninth Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Central Committee, secretary Zhao Hongzhu pointed out that strengthening and innovating social management should give full play to the functional role of people’s organizations on the basis of giving play to the core role of the leadership of the party committees and government leadership.
