The biological sciences of our Soviet Union have long disclosed the hereditary differences between autumn-sowing (winter) plants and spring-sowing (spring) plants. These differences are manifested in the different requirements imposed on environmental conditions by autumn-sowing plants and spring-sowing plants in order to pass the vernalization process, one of the most important processes in their individual development. In the case of autumn sowing, autumn sowing plants usually complete the vernalization stage before the long-term winter freeze.
