高校国际贸易人才的培养,必须要以外贸岗位能力为导向,紧扣各岗位对人才能力的要求,才能培养出企业真正需要的外贸人才。本文通过分析外贸企业各岗位对能力的要求,并以此为基础,对国际贸易人才的培养进行思考。
The training of international trade professionals in colleges and universities must be guided by the ability of foreign trade posts and closely follow the requirements of personnel in each post in order to cultivate the foreign trade talents really needed by the enterprises. This article analyzes the requirements of competence of foreign trade enterprises in various positions, and based on this, ponders over the training of international trade talents.
