本文检测了铅接触、铅吸收和铅中毒者的体液免疫功能和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,结果发现各组IgG、IgM、OKT_3、OKT_4、T_4/T_8均明显低于对照组,铅中毒组最为显著,且OKT_8亚群相对增高。并对其进行动态观察,探讨它在铅中毒诊断和恢复监护中的价值。本研究表明,铅对机体体液和细胞免疫功能具有明显的抑制作用,T细胞亚群中以具有诱导和辅助功能的细胞亚群受抑制最明显,OKT_4、T_4/T_8等可作为铅中毒的早期诊断和康复监护的敏感指标之一。
