一、广东图书馆事业发展的回顾广东图书馆事业:历史悠久,渊源流长,至少可追溯到民国初年。到本世纪三十年代,已建立各类型图书馆近百所,为以后图书馆事业的发展,打下了一定的基础。但是,广东图书馆事业取得飞跃发展,这还是建国后近四十年的事情。据有关资料统计,从1949年与1988年相比,我省公共、高校、科研三大系统图书馆数,由17所发展到161所,增长约9.5倍;藏书总量由161万册
I. Review of the Development of Guangdong Library Cause Guangdong Library has a long history and a long history, at least dating back to the early years of the Republic of China. By the thirties of this century, nearly 100 libraries of various types have been established, laying a solid foundation for the future development of the library. However, the cause of leaping in Guangdong’s library has made rapid progress. This is still the case of nearly 40 years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. According to relevant statistics, from 1949 to 1988, the number of public libraries, tertiary institutions and research institutes in our province has grown from 17 to 161, an increase of about 9.5 times. The total number of collections has increased from 1.61 million
