骨髓间充质干细胞的可塑性研究是最近干细胞研究领域的热点之一。在不同的诱导条件下,这一类细胞可以跨系统甚至跨胚层分化为三个胚层来源的细胞。同时骨髓间充质干细胞易于导入和表达外源基因,作为细胞治疗和基因治疗结合使用的靶细胞具有良好的前景。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell plasticity research is one of the hot spots in recent stem cell research. Under different induction conditions, this type of cells can differentiate into three germ-derived cells across the system and even across the germ layer. At the same time, BMSCs are easy to import and express foreign genes and have good prospects as target cells for the combination of cell therapy and gene therapy.
