通过对防溜铁鞋安放方式以及安全现状的分析,从自动和安全运行的角度设计一种新型的基于无线通信的全自动智能防溜铁鞋系统,本系统通过信号台[1]与主控监测装置的串口连接、主控监测装置与工作人员中介通信模块的无线通信连接、中介通信模块与铁鞋信号模块的无线通信连接、铁鞋信号模块与主控监测装置的无线通信连接等一系列的循环连接实现全自动远程控制功能,利用无线收发芯片nRF401作为无线收发控制电路的核心,再通过压力传感器的灵敏感应和铁鞋自锁实现安全操作的目的。该系统可行性强,经济性能好,从根本上解决了当前铁鞋存在的不足,具有革命性的意义。
