本刊讯2016年11月25日,四川省人民政府新闻办公室召开四川省激励科技人员创新创业十六条政策新闻发布会。省政府副秘书长罗治平作新闻发布,科技厅厅长刘东作十六条政策解读,财政厅巡视员张其昌、人力资源和社会保障厅副厅长张光伟、教育厅副巡视员周雪峰出席新闻发布会并回答记者提问。发布会由省委宣传部副部长李晓骏主持。罗治平副秘书长介绍了激励科技人员创新创业十六条政策
On November 25, 2016, the Press Office of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government held a press conference on the policy of encouraging innovation of science and technology personnel in Sichuan Province. Deputy Secretary-General of Provincial Government Luo Zhiping made a press release. Director of Science and Technology Department Liu Dong made 16 policy interpretations. Zhang Qichang, inspector of the Department of Finance, Zhang Guangwei, deputy director of Human Resources and Social Security Department, and Zhou Xuefeng, deputy inspector of the Department of Education attended the press release Will and answer questions from reporters. The conference was presided over by Li Xiaojun, vice minister of Propaganda Department of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee. Deputy Secretary-General Luo Zhiping introduced sixteen policies to encourage science and technology personnel to innovate and start their own business
