随着社会的进步发展,作为非营利性组织对象的社会公众对于非营利性组织的逐步的提出了更加高更严的要求,公众在呼吁非营利性组织要求组织引入绩效评估机制。通过组织的绩效评估,将绩效评估作为改善以及控制非营利性组织绩效的重要途径。就我国而言,非营利性组织在绩效评估的实践过程中,已然取得了很不错的效果和成就,但是,政府管制的强硬、法律制度的不完善、绩效评估观念的落后以及评估的主体过于单一、缺乏应当具有的监督机制等困境,是先阶段非营利组织绩效评估工作所面临的重要挑战。因此,要从放松政府管制、完善相关法律法规、加强绩效评估重要性的宣传以及选取多元化的评估主体,完善我国非营利组织绩效评估。
