根据职业岗位能力,参照国家职业技能标准和用人单位的反馈信息凝练发动机电控检测维修岗位职业能力,即电控发动机故障初步判断,构建检修流程的能力;传感器、执行器、控制单元测量和测量数据分析的能力;传感器、执行器拆卸、清洗、装配、匹配的能力。围绕岗位能力的培养,对《发动机电控系统诊断与维修》课程进行项目课程开发设计,通过教学情境、知识准备、项目实施、技能拓展四个环节开展教学活动,贴近岗位、贴近生产一线,培养学生解决电控发动机各类型故障的能力。通过两年来课程改革实践,学生职业岗位能力得到提高。
