1例寻常型银屑病患者,皮肤症状反复发作,将患牙拔除后,皮肤症状迅速消失,报告如下。 患者,60岁,男性。1994年5月2日初诊。8年前,胸、肩部出现搔痒性红色丘疹,并扩大至臀部及全身。抗组胺、类固醇外用药未见效。皮肤症状长期反复发作,皮肤科诊断为寻常型银屑病。龈周围持续排脓。当排脓增多时,皮肤症状亦严重。全身检查:胸、腹、四肢及面部皮肤多数红色丘疹,红斑界限不清,附着环状或叶状鳞屑。全身系统病检查无异常。口腔所见:口腔卫生不良。半埋伏,残根,牙周袋滥脓,颊侧
