本文通过对高校体育教学实行竞争挂牌制的思考与研究，重点分析了下岗教师 的去向问题，通过对专家调查访问等，提出了下岗教师再培训的必要性、培训形式、时间 等的可行性方案。
This article focuses on the issue of the orientation of laid-off teachers through the consideration and research on the competitive listed system of physical education in colleges and universities. Through the investigation and interview with experts, the feasibility of laid-off teachers’ retraining, training forms and time are proposed .
