在创先争优活动中,上海石化芳烃部党委把提高基层党支部服务职工能力,作为检验创先争优活动成效的标准之一。在实践活动中,党支部围绕服务人民群众这一主题,以大部分职工满意作为衡量服务职工工作成绩的底线,通过实实在在的工作,让职工深切感受到党支部为之所付出的努力。本文以党支部为研究对象,就企业党支部在服务职工群众、提高服务能力问题进行探讨。
In the activity of creating excellent activities, CPC Committee of Aromatics Department of Shanghai Petrochemical Company made it one of the standards to improve the effectiveness of service activities of grass-roots party branches and service workers. In practice, the party branches around the theme of serving the people and the masses, with most of the satisfaction of workers as the bottom line to measure the performance of service workers, through real work, so that staff deeply feel the efforts of the branch. In this paper, the branch of the party for the study object, the party branch of enterprises in the service of workers and the masses to improve service capacity to explore.
