锅炉给水截流与回流自控方式的分析

传统的锅炉给水自控方式是:水位信号经差压变送器输入指示调节仪进行比较后,由调节仪对输水母管的执行机构F_1发出动作信号,即水位高关阀,水位低开阀。这种形式称之为截流式水位自控,如附图中实线部分所示。回流式给水自控则是在输水母管经省煤器后,取一流量相当于输水母管流量2/3左右的管道作回流,此管道上设有调节阀F_2,水流经调节阀F_2流往热水集箱,如附图中虚线所示。原来输水管上的调节阀F_1不再使用(作直通),其它设备不变。这样,汽包水位的变化由调节仪对F_2发出指令,即水 The traditional way of boiler feed water control is: after the water level signal is input by the differential pressure transmitter and compared with the regulator, the regulator sends an action signal to the implementing agency F_1 of the water delivery manifold, that is, the water level is high and the water level is low. .
