众所周知,项目施工管理以追求企业最大效益为目的,因而项目班子、项目队伍组建应该是一种全新的组合。在项目管理中,为了适应市场,为企业创造最大的经济效益,一些项目管理人员常常采取更为灵活的生产经营方法。不可否认,电力系统中个别工程管理部门及个人为了一己私欲,很容易出现廉政风险问题。当前电力系统工程建设中应当避免出现“工程搞上去,干部倒下来”的现象,确保“工程优质,干部廉洁”。
As we all know, project construction management in pursuit of the maximum efficiency of enterprises for the purpose, so the project team, project team should be set up a new combination.
