神经肽是体内传递信息的多肽,分布于神经和其他组织,同一个神经肽按其分布不同可能起递质、或激素样作用。神经肽与神经系统疾病的关系正日益受到人们的重视。我们测定了22例偏头痛患者头痛间隙期血浆及其中20例患者脑脊液(CSF)中神经降压素(Neurotensin,NT)、精氨酸加压素(Arginine vasopressin,AVP)两种神经肽的含量,现报告如下。
Neuropeptides are peptides that transmit information in vivo and are distributed in nerves and other tissues. The same neuropeptide may play a neurotransmitter or hormone-like role depending on their distribution. The relationship between neuropeptides and neurological diseases is increasingly valued by people. We measured the content of neurotensin (NT) and arginine vasopressin (AVP) neurons in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 22 migraineurs with headache gap plasma and 20 of them. The report is as follows.
