1984年2月,我科收治了一例在爆破山石时因排哑炮而发生意外致颌面部广泛性炸伤伴失血性休克的病人。经积极抡救与精心护理.住院30天痊愈出院,现报告如下: 病例简介患者,男,17岁。颌面部炸伤8小时急诊入院.住院号106427. 检查:神志模糊、肢端口唇发绀、口渴烦躁、四肢厥冷,肢端静脉瘪陷、甲床触压无血。颌面部广泛性炸伤21处且有大小不等异物存留。上颌骨、右侧颧弓和鼻骨骨折,左眼球破裂,内容物脱出。
