目的对某高校结核病疫情进行及时调查处理,为控制疫情的传播,提供可行的防控措施。方法采用发病率等指标对一起大学生肺结核疫情进行流行病学调查分析。结果该校201 3年9月1日至2014年6月5日共发现38例临床诊断肺结核,发病率为124.9/10万,病例较多的有土木工程学院(12例)、电气学院(10例)、机械学院(7例);男性发病率显著高于女性;2011年级发病率高于其他年级;住宿发病率较高的宿舍楼为松园7号、松园2号,发病率分别为774.7/10万、415.5/10万。结论该学校土木、电气、机械学院结核病疫情为聚集性疫情;学生结核病的发现方式以因症就诊,以及主动筛查方式为主;改善学校通风以及开展学校结核病防治健康教育是工作的重点。
Objective To investigate and treat the tuberculosis epidemic in a university in time and provide feasible prevention and control measures to control the spread of the epidemic. Methods Epidemiological survey of an outbreak of pulmonary tuberculosis among college students with the incidence and other indicators. Results A total of 38 clinically diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis cases were found in the school from September 1, 2003 to June 5, 2014, with an incidence rate of 124.9 / 100 000. There were more civil engineering colleges (12 cases), the Institute of Electrical Engineering (10) (7 cases); the incidence of male was significantly higher than that of female; the incidence in 2011 was higher than that of other grades; the dormitory with high incidence of accommodation was Songyuan 7 and Songyuan 2, the incidence was 774.7 / 100,000, 415.5 / 100,000. Conclusions The epidemic situation of tuberculosis in the school of civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering is a cluster epidemic. The way of finding out tuberculosis in students is mainly based on symptom consultation and active screening methods. Improving school ventilation and carrying out health education in prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in schools are the focuses of work.
