田七人参是我国特产的名贵药材,药用价值很高。云南省药研所等单位几年来通过药理及临床实践研究,认为田七人参有活血化瘀、扩张血管、改善血液循环的作用。我校附属眼科医院及第一附属医院神经科用于治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞及脑缺血性疾病有一定疗效。为探讨田七人参对肺源性心脏病的疗效,我院呼吸内科于1983年11月至1985年5月间,试用田七人参(以下简称血栓通)治疗肺心病患者31例,观察其临床疗效。另以30例肺心病患者作对照。现报道如下:
