近几年来,为了保证规定的温度一速度制度,挤压速度的自动调节得到了越来越广泛地推广。但是直到目前为上,在调节允许误差方面,对调节器还没有提出多少明确而有根据的要求。众所周知,在挤压过程中影响制件的温度有下列主要因素:挤压速度、挤压系数、铸锭开始温度、挤压筒温度。考虑到挤压筒的热交换,挤压过程中任何时刻的温度均可按下式确定。
