一、引言虽然人们对岩石的动态力学性能已经进行了许多研究,但对岩石动态断裂情况下的能量利用规律的研究却几乎是空白,类似的研究也甚少。而且采用的岩石试件形式多为圆柱形,没有采用过岩石断裂试件。究其原因,主要是由于动态断裂过程非常复杂以及实验方法、手段落后。目前,岩石破坏工程中广泛存在能量利用率严重偏低的问题。有资料表明,凿岩过程中,真正用于破岩的有效能量只有其消耗能量的10%;在粉碎工程中,球磨机的能量利用率为5%左右。因此,对岩石材料动态断裂过程中的能量分配及消耗特点进行深入研究,寻求降低破碎能耗的办法,具有十分深远的现实意义。
I. INTRODUCTION Although many researches have been conducted on the dynamic mechanical properties of rock, the research on the law of energy utilization in the case of dynamic fracture of rock is almost empty, and few researches have been done. And most of the rock specimens used are cylindrical, no rock fracture specimens have been used. The reason, mainly due to the dynamic fracture process is very complicated and experimental methods, means behind. At present, there is a widespread problem of serious low energy efficiency in rock destruction projects. Data show that the rock drilling process, the real effective energy for rock breaking only 10% of its energy consumption; in the crushing project, the ball mill energy utilization rate of about 5%. Therefore, it is very far-reaching practical significance to conduct an in-depth study on the energy distribution and consumption characteristics during the dynamic fracture of rock materials and to seek ways to reduce the energy consumption of crushing.
