从六部委出台“国八条”开始,国家正式拉开房地产调控序幕。土地、金融、税收以及住房保障体系、产品供应结构等项措施紧跟。两年多来,调控政策密集、措施严厉,其作用在北京房地产市场得以明显显现。上半年,全市房地产开发投资增速放缓,商品住宅新开工面积增长较快,保障性住房及限价房建设力度加大,供给结构有所改善;房屋销售量继续大幅下降,房价持续高涨的态势有所回落。
