本文在简要地介绍了机械产品设计特点的基础上,详细地描述了面向对象的知识表达方法与知识表述语言及其基本结构,成功对研制了数控龙门铣床变速箱智能设计系统并且介绍了它的功能体系结构,最后详细讨论了智能布置设计的一般模型与关键技术,提出了优化布置设计思想。该系统已应用于实际。
Based on the brief introduction of the design features of mechanical products, this paper describes the object-oriented knowledge representation method and knowledge representation language and its basic structure in detail. The intelligent design system of gearbox of CNC milling machine is successfully developed and its Functional architecture, and finally discussed in detail the general model of intelligent layout design and key technologies, put forward the idea of optimal layout design. The system has been applied to reality.
