推进干部制度改革,是按照江泽民同志“三个代表”要求,建设一支高素质干部队伍的治本之策,是巩固党的执政地位,确保党的事业兴旺发达和国家长治久安的重要保证。近年来,淮南市委深入贯彻中央《深化干部人事制度改革纲要》和《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》的精神,坚持整体推进,重点突破,把干部制度改革不断引向深入,促进了干部工作的科学化、民主化、制度化。
