Moya-moya病(MM病)是日本学者铃木氏于1965年首先命名的,于1969年发表在Archive of neurology杂志上。MM病的病名已被各国学者广泛应用。铃木氏认为MM病是日本人特有的疾病,但以后欧州、亚州各国也陆续有该病的报告。我科于1962年就发现MM病,于1972年首次发表。我国著者多采用“Willis环闭塞”症、“脑底血管异网症”“烟雾病”,近来也普遍采用MM病这个病名。一、MM病的慨念日本学者铃木氏指出:“原因不明的双侧颈内动脉分叉部进行性狭窄或闭塞,同时伴有异常血管
