目的识别、分析某油库改扩建项目可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,预测其对劳动者健康危害程度,探讨防护对策和职业卫生管理措施。方法采用检查表法和类比法相结合,对建设项目的职业病危害进行预评价。结果拟建设项目存在或产生的职业病危害因素有汽油、柴油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、噪声、工频电场、不良气象条件等,其防控重点为化学性危害因素,项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计等均符合国家有关规定。结论该项目拟采取的职业病危害防护措施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求,从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the possible hazards of occupational diseases that may arise and exist in the reconstruction and expansion project of an oil depot, determine the types of hazards, predict their harm to the health of laborers, and explore protective measures and occupational health management measures. Methods Using the combination of checklist and analogy, pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects was conducted. Results There are gasoline, diesel, benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, noise, power frequency electric field and adverse weather conditions in the proposed project. The key points of prevention and control are chemical hazards, and the location of the project And the overall layout, layout of production equipment, occupational disease protection facilities design are in line with relevant state regulations. Conclusion The proposed protective measures against occupational hazards are basically in line with the national occupational health standards and health requirements. From an occupational health perspective, this project is feasible.
