一、引言目前,超高频低欧姆盘状电阻获得广泛的应用。在高频微伏标准,精密Г型分压器、空气线分压器和T型衰减器中,它已成为影响性能优劣的关键性元件。从高频电压测量的角度,希望改进现有盘状电阻工艺,制造一种更适合高频电压使用的元件。本文就是此目的的产物。文中论述了盘状电阻在同轴线中运用的基本理论以及制造工艺。这种新型的电阻比目前流行的微晶玻璃、超高频陶瓷基体的盘状电阻具有如下优点:
I. INTRODUCTION Currently, UHF low ohmic disk resistors are widely used. It has become a critical component in the performance of high-frequency microvolt standards, precision Г-type voltage divider, air line divider and T-type attenuator.
