目的:分析阴香皮中挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取阴香皮挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法测定了各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果:从阴香皮挥发油中鉴定出20个成分,占挥发油总量的93.53%,相对百分含量较大的有:桉油精(30.93%)、龙脑(18.31%)、(R)-(+)-柠檬烯(15.01%)、(+)-4-蒈烯(10.93%)、桂皮醛(6.55%)。结论:阴香皮中的挥发油含多种化学成分。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of the volatile oil in the cloudy skin. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with computer search. The relative chemical composition of volatile oil in volatile oil was determined by peak area normalization Sub-content. Results: Twenty components were identified from volatile oil of Bark, accounting for 93.53% of the total volatile oil. Eucalyptol (30.93%), borneol (18.31%), (+) - limonene (15.01%), (+) - 4-carene (10.93%) and cinnamaldehyde (6.55%). Conclusion: The volatile oil in the cloudy bark contains many chemical components.
