程利国是夏邑县工商联副会长,夏邑县淮海铸造有限公司总经理,他抓企业有方,使企业形象和产品质量不断提升,经济效益迅速增加。2002年,淮河铸造有限公司出口铸造件1.3万吨,创产值1.2亿元,上缴税金1000多万元,成为夏邑县第一纳税大户。程利国不仅是当地一位有名的企业家,而且是一位热衷于社会公益事业的慈善家,他以信为本,致富思源,奉献社会为宗旨,在各项社会公益事业及光彩事业活动中,总是一马当先,慷慨解囊,无私奉献,受到社会各界的赞扬。由此,程利国当选为河南省第十届人大代表。
