瓷贴面修复是前牙美容修复的首选保守疗法。本实验用切片法建立左上颌恒中切牙的3D-FEA模型,研究三种瓷贴面复合体的应力分布规律,结果发现瓷贴面复合体在模拟前伸加载时,当粘固层的厚度从50μm增高到100μm,其厚度变化对I、Ⅱ型瓷贴面的应力几乎无影响,而对Ⅱ型瓷贴面影响较大,使瓷贴面的破坏应力值增加近21%。提示临床上应提高Ⅱ型瓷贴面的密合度,以降低粘固层厚度,减少破坏应力,提高瓷贴面的远期保存率。
Porcelain veneer repair is the preferred conservative treatment of cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. In this experiment, the 3D-FEA model of the left maxillary central incisor was established by using the slice method. The stress distribution of the three porcelain veneers was studied. The results showed that when the porcelain veneer complex was loaded in the simulated prolapse, The thickness increased from 50μm to 100μm. The thickness change had little effect on the stress of type I and type II porcelain veneers, but had a great influence on the type Ⅱ porcelain veneers, which increased the fracture stress value of porcelain veneers nearly 21%. Tip clinical should be to improve the adhesion of Ⅱ porcelain veneer in order to reduce the thickness of cement layer to reduce stress and improve the porcelain veneer of the long-term preservation rate.
