目的探讨慢性粒细胞白血病 ( CML)患者骨髓中出现类高雪细胞的意义。方法利用形态学及细胞化学染色检查 10 7例 CML患者和 32例类白血病反应患者的骨髓涂片 ;并对 10 7例 CML患者进行生存分析。结果 10 7例 CML患者的骨髓涂片中有 33例找到类高雪细胞 ,而类白血病反应患者的骨髓涂片中未找到类高雪细胞 ;74例无类高雪细胞的 CML患者的平均存活时间为 44.6 6个月 ,33例有类高雪细胞的患者平均存活时间为 73.74个月 ,两组之间有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,但类高雪细胞的数量与患者的存活时间无明显关系 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;有类高雪细胞的 CML组出现死亡、急变或进入加速期的比例 ( 11/33)明显低于无类高雪细胞的 CML组 ( 4 2 /74)( P<0 .0 5 )。结论类高雪细胞的存在表明 CML患者的治疗效果较好和存活期延长 ,此外 ,它们对 CML的诊断也有重要价值
Objective To investigate the significance of the appearance of snow-like cells in the bone marrow of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Methods The bone marrow smears of 107 CML patients and 32 leukemia patients were examined by morphological and cytochemical staining. The survival of 107 CML patients was analyzed. Results 33 cases of bone marrow smears of 10 CML patients were found to have snow-like cells. In the bone marrow smears of leukemia-response patients, no high-grade snow cells were found. The average survival rate of 74 CML patients without C-type hyperglycemia The mean survival time was 33.74 months in 33 cases with high snow cells, with a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). However, the number of high snow cells and the number of patients (P> 0.05). The percentage of death in CML group with high snow cell count (11/33) was significantly lower than that of CML group without high snow cell count (P> 0.05) 4 2/74) (P <0. 05). Conclusions The presence of hypercholesterolemic cells suggests that CML patients are well treated and have prolonged survival, and they are also valuable for the diagnosis of CML
