知识产权管理能力已成为提高企业竞争力的重要途径。本文选取浙江省116家企业作为调研单元开展调研,通过对调查数据进行统计分析发现,当前企业内部存在知识产权方面的问题包括企业知识产权管理制度建设不完善、缺乏内部知识产权专业人才、知识产权服务业亟待发展等的问题。在此基础上,提出优化企业知识产权管理的对策建议,包括加强知识产权管理制度建设、加强对专业人才的培养以及推动知识产权服务业的发展。
Intellectual property management has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, 116 enterprises in Zhejiang Province were selected as research units. Through statistical analysis of the survey data, it was found that the problems existing in the current existence of intellectual property in enterprises include the imperfect establishment of enterprise IP management system, lack of internal intellectual property professionals and intellectual property rights Services urgently need to develop and other issues. On this basis, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the management of intellectual property of enterprises, including strengthening the construction of the management system of intellectual property rights, strengthening the training of professionals and promoting the development of the service industry of intellectual property.
