砖混结构中墙体裂缝多见于顶层的墙体温度裂缝。裂缝的特点一般呈对称分布,温度裂缝始自房屋的顶层,山墙多为水平裂缝,缝宽通常为上宽下窄。裂缝产生的原因有:屋面板温度变形较墙体高出许多,设计方面考虑不够,忽略材料温度作用,温度材料选用不得当等。施工方面保温材料材质不达标,厚度不够等。防止墙体温度裂缝要从加强房屋整体性和顶层的砌体强度等着手。
