人力资源是所有企事业单位中最重要的一种资源,公路养护单位也不例外,其人力资源管理工作是否到位,对于公路养护单位是否能够高质高效地开展公路养护工作具有重要的影响。笔者以下就对公路养护单位中存在的人力资源管理模式落后、无法满足新形势的发展,用人机制欠缺不合理、人才无法得到充分利用、人才缺乏针对性的培训以及公路养护单位的薪资结构不合理等问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了创新优化公路养护单位的人力资源管理模式、完善公路养护单位人力资源机制、优化人力资源的配置体系及完善公路养护单位人才培训制度和职工职业生涯发展计划等加强公路养护单位人力资源管理的对策。以期能够为提高公路养护单位人力资源管理质量提供帮助。
