2003年以来,深圳证券交易所在主板恢复新股发行存在很大变数、创业板在争议中难以推出的情况下,采取第三条“突围”之路已经日渐清晰,借建立“中小企业板”之机恢复新股发行的方案已经成为现实。目前,中国证监会正式批准深圳证券交易所在主板市场内设立中小企业板。中小企业板正在有条不紊地向前推进。那么什么是中小企业板?主要有什么功能?与创业板有什么不同呢?
